**Responsibilities**
Noblisseeks anEthics, Risk and ComplianceSpecialistwhowill play a key role in the continued growth of the company. This position willreport to the SVP, General Counsel and Ethics & Compliance Officerand willbe responsible forleading and managing the organization's ethics and compliance program to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.This role willproactivelyidentify,anddrivecompliancecontrolsincludingeducation & traininginitiatives and implement a risk mitigation programtoalignbusiness practices and activitieswith the Noblis Code of Ethics and applicablegovernment regulations and legal requirements
This role islocatedat our headquarters in Reston, VA with the ability to telework as needed.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop,implementand manage theCorporation’sEthics, Risk, and Compliance strategy ensuring business activitiescomply withinternal policies, applicable government regulations, and legislative requirements,
+ Develop frameworks,policies,proceduresandprocessesrelated to ethics, compliance, and risk managementas needed to evaluate, manage, mitigate,monitorand report on ethics,riskand compliance matters.
+ Partner withkey stakeholders (e.g.Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal) and business partners on compliance related activitiesand provideoversight, direction, and support tointernal teamsby providing advice on the interpretation of rules and regulations,
+ Facilitate and provide training and education to employees on ethical business conduct, compliance obligations, and corporatepolicies.
+ Conductinvestigations into compliance violations and ethical concerns, ensuringtimelyresolution andappropriate correctiveactions
+ Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industrybest practicesthatimpactthe organization and recommendappropriate policyupdates.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 10years of related experiencein legal risk,ethics,and/orcorporate compliance
+ Previousexperience ingovernmentcontracting
+ Working knowledge of the FAR, False Claims Act, Procurement Integrity Act, OCI/PCI, Anti-Bribery and Kickbacks and Revolving Door rules and regulations
+ Active security clearance ortheability toobtaina U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance

+ Development ofstrong, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Contracts, Procurement, Pricing, and Corporate Development
+ Ability to develop effective presentations and training materials including the ability to successfully present complex subject matter
+ Strongwritten and oral communication skills,andthe ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
+ Juris Doctorate

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
**Posted Salary Range**
USD $124,000.00 - USD $217,000.00 /Yr.
