To strengthen the Ethics and Business Integrity Team based in Smyrna, Georgia, we are looking for a talented individual to fill position of Ethics and Business Integrity Insights Transparency Partner.

 

About the role

You will be a generalist resource or may be specialized in specific elements of the compliance program depending on the needs of the assigned geography. This position will have a focus on US (federal and state) transparency data collection and reporting.

 

Who will you work with?

You will collaborate with stakeholders to design, localize and/or operationalize Ethics and Business Integrity program elements to meet the needs of the assigned geography and as defined by E&BI leadership.

 

What will you do?

Serve as a main point of contact and subject matter leader for both internal and external stakeholders related to transparencyCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful collection, analysis and accuracy of data relevant to transparency reporting.Analyze data for potential compliance issues, risk mitigation, and future development/enhancement of data collection systems and processesAssist in the preparation and submission of federal and state reports, such as those required by the US Sunshine Act, District of Columbia, Nevada, Vermont, and other necessary reports. Apply knowledge of laws and regulations, such as the US Sunshine Act (Open Payments), Vermont Prescription Products/Gift Ban, Connecticut APRN Disclosure, Nevada Drug Transparency, and other relevant state laws as needed.

Required:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or compliance.Bachelor’s degreeKnowledge of Open Payments/Sunshine regulationsKnowledge of healthcare regulatory standards

 

The reasonably anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $132,000 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
