Wood is recruiting for an Ethics & Compliance Advisor to join our Ethics & Compliance Team. This is a hybrid opportunity, and it is based out of our Park Ten campus in Houston. This role supports the Compliance Counsel West in providing business ethics advice within the Western Hemisphere.

This role is responsible for supporting Wood’s Ethics & Compliance function by delivering business ethics guidance, monitoring compliance processes, and assisting in risk analysis. The Compliance Advisor will provide training, conduct ethics investigations, and support the Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Programme. The role also involves managing third-party due diligence, handling compliance aspects of commercial contracts, and monitoring external legislative developments.
