As an Ethics and Compliance Integration Analyst, the candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that ethical standards and compliance requirements are seamlessly integrated into all aspects of our Ethics and Compliance Liaison network (ECL). The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement resources to support the continuous development of the ECL network.

Responsibilities:

Support in the development and implementation of the ongoing E&C Integration strategy in partnership with the E&C Snr Integration Manager

Leverage E&C metrics and indicators to identify key priority areas (pulse insights, assurance reviews etc)

Support the Integration table by identifying key risk topics and e&c priorities that need to be championed with the Managing ECL network (MECLs)

Support the quarterly ECL network calls by identifying key topics, developing leadership briefs and facilitating speakers

Support in the development of global E&C weeks and ECL conferences to drive targeted e&c messaging to key regions/businesses

Collaborate with the engagement team to develop and driven key Integration campaigns

Manage and execute on the development of onboarding training offers for new ECLs.

Develop and sustain a continuing learning and development programme for the ECL network covering the core skills of ethical decision making, change management, communication, and impact and influencing, as well as ethics and compliance risks, processes, controls and tools.

Compile and maintain the ECL Toolkit which may include partnering with key e&c subject matter experts:

Manage and optimize the ECL hub to ensure refreshed content for the ECL network

Templates and sample communications supporting annual processes (E&C Risk Assessments, E&C plans, RMR, E&C training, E&C risk exposure rating process, etc.)

Guidance documents related to E&C processes, controls and tools (E&C Register, CDD, E&C Training Tracker, etc.)

Identification and development of case studies to facilitate ethical decision-making discussions with stakeholders

Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of ECL network program (ECL annual surveys, E&C week close out surveys etc).

Manage the Integration mailbox and key distribution lists

Requirements:

University Degree

Experience managing projects and overseeing through implementation.

Effective stakeholder management skills and ability to connect with individuals across all levels.

Ability to participate in cross-functional team meetings to align project goals and strategies with other departments.

Strong analytical skills; Ability to collect, organize, and interpret large data to identify gaps, and draw actionable insights.

Experience facilitating workshops and discussions.

Ability to drafting clear and concise written communications.
