Job Description & Summary

A career in our Enterprise Risk Management practice, within Risk and Compliance services, will provide you the opportunity to work with a team that provides clients with extensive risk and controls technical knowledge and sector specific experience. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a holistic approach to risk that protects businesses, facilitates strategic decision making and enhances efficiency by assisting management in the assessment of project risks and controls.

Our team helps organisations identify and assess risks that affect their business objectives. As a part of the team, you’ll help our clients reduce their costs and improve the effectiveness of their governance, risk and compliance activities, and assess, design, or implement enterprise risk management capabilities.

About PwC ETIC - Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre 

PwC opened a new Technology & Innovation Center in Cairo that delivers high quality technology solutions to consulting clients across the globe. The Centre provides a broad suite of skills and services to our clients, ranging from Packaged Applications such as SAP & Oracle, to cyber security, data analytics, custom development and cloud services utilising AWS, Azure and Google, as well as expanding our existing managed services capabilities. 

The centre is looking to expand rapidly and we are looking for enthusiastic self-starters with a passion for technology and client delivery to help shape and form this new venture. 

Cyber Security Cyber Risk Manager, core responsibility overview:

Team leadership - As a manager you lead and guide your team in all important issues and make a significant contribution to the success of projects

Global orientation - Work with a global mindset with teams based in the UK, Germany and other Middle Eastern Countries

Holistic advisory services - As a member of an ambitious and fast-growing team, you will advise leading industrial companies on various governance, risk and compliance (GRC) topics.

Security evaluation - You support in performing a range of cyber security assessments and audits against industry frameworks & controls, including the evaluation of compliance with regulatory requirements, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) capabilities and program maturity level assessments. You will be executing benchmarks using tools and reporting outcomes against industry standards.

Cyber requirements definition - You participate in the development, review and ongoing maintenance of cyber security policies, standards, procedures.

Role requirements:

 Good knowledge and/or a proven record of success in regard to Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)

Good knowledge of common cyber security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, DORA, CRA & PCI DSS

Experience in executing cyber security audits and assessments

Experience in defining cyber security policies, standards and procedures

Experience in IT compliance consulting (e.g. information security, identity & access management)

Experience in IT, processes and controls

Experience in Data analysis, process mining, crypto (in particular cryptocurrency)

Experience in Accounting

At least 6 years of relevant work experience

Open minded seeking innovative solutions

Ability to work within a fast-paced & unstructured environment

Self-starter attitude 

Essential skills & attributes:

Experience in Consulting or working within multinational environments

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability and willingness to learn new subject areas

Ability to work within a fast-paced & unstructured environment. Must be able to multi-task and effectively and continually prioritise

Excellent oral and written English skills.

Education

University degree, ideally in the fields of computer science, business informatics, business administration, mathematics or comparable

Cyber security certifications (i.e. CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001) are a plus
