Job Summary:
The Managed Services - HR Operations Senior Associate/Associate is responsible for providing HR support to clients, ensuring efficient HR operations. They manage employee data, handle HR-related queries, and assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Additionally, they collaborate with various teams to streamline HR processes and enhance overall employee experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Managed Services HR Operations Senior Associate/Associate, you will contribute to delivering these activities for clients of PwC:
Support the transition of related HR processes from the Client to the PwC team e.g.
Coordinate and support any transition tasksUpskill on any required process workflows and technologiesManage Employee Data & Documentation e.g.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality e.g update contact details, emergency contacts, and benefits informationOrganize relevant documents (contracts, performance reviews, etc.)Archive records for compliance and referenceCreate a consistent folder structure for employee files and organize sections for legal documents, employee records, and company-specific fileUse digital systems to store and manage filesDevelop clear naming rules for filesReceive file creation requestsRecord or attach all employee documents to related fileReview employee documents to related fileClose file creation requestsReview employee files and identify outdated or irrelevant filesSend request to employees with outdated documentsReceive requests with updated documentsObtain necessary approvals (e.g., HR manager, legal team) if neededAdd updated documents to related filesInform relevant stakeholders when neededProvide HR Support Services
Address queries related to policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR functions as requiredSupport employee on/offboarding e.g.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedbackSend feedback to related partiesCompliance and Reporting
Support in preparing required HR related reports to meet any regulatory requirementsEnsure compliance with legal/ regulatory requirements and HC policiesSupport the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees and clients are well-informed and compliantDemonstrate strong use of time management/ organisational skills & tools:
Create and prioritise to-do list and allocate time for essential tasks and record activities into tracking tool to organize tasks and track progressIdentify high-value tasks that directly contribute to HC goalsCommunicate to-do list activities to related parties and managerAdhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Collaborate effectively in a team environment
Work closely with internal teams, including payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition, to ensure seamless HR service delivery and enhance overall employee experienceExecute tasks as directed by HR SupervisorCommunicate effectively with clients to ensure clarity and understandingSupport Process Improvement
Develop and implement ideas to support clients and drive continuous improvement initiatives particularly related to HR processes and workflowsAssist in the implementation of best practices and new technologiesExpected Skills:
Knowledge & experience in the HRMS system (e.g. SalesForce, Workday, Oracle cloud HCM)Strong HR Knowledge: Proficient in HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, with a solid understanding of employee data managementCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively address employee queries and collaborate with clients and internal teamsAttention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing employee records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standardsProblem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to streamline HR processes and resolve employee concernsExpected Competencies:
