ETL Automation Engineer (HYBRID - flexible options)

Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a seasoned Senior ETL Automation Engineer to join our Automation Engineering Team. This pivotal role involves designing and integrating ETL data load mappings for diverse infrastructures, with a keen focus on collaboration with clients to ensure timely and efficient implementation.

Work Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.  This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be coming into the office 2 days a week and given the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate directly with the Client Service Managers and clients to define and manage timelines for new data feed implementations, ensuring adherence to project deadlines.Analyze and document requirements for ETL processes, translating these into detailed development plans.Develop, test, and implement ETL data load mappings for various file formats, including XLS/XLSX spreadsheets and text files.Seamlessly integrate new ETL mappings into the existing automation infrastructure, optimizing performance and maintaining data integrity.Manage ETL operations in both on-premise and cloud infrastructures such as AWS.Utilize SQL skills for efficient management of on-premise and cloud databases, including platforms like Snowflake.Collaborate with IT and related departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues in data loads or automation workflows.Stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies in ETL and automation to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Over 5 years of experience in ETL development and data warehousing.Proficiency with ETL tools and platforms (e.g., Informatica, Matillion, SSIS).Strong SQL skills for database management and querying.Linux/Unix OS experience requiredPython programming experience is a plus.Shell Scripting is a plusCapability to handle a range of file formats and manage data integration effectively.Experience with both on-premise and cloud infrastructures (AWS, Snowflake).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.

Salary Range: 100,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD annual
