Attitude to learn new technologies.Position Summary - Member is primarily responsible for using ETL tool for mapping, implement business rules for data extraction and data transformation to meet business requirements. Automate the current process flow. Improve the performance of the current system. Develop test plans & participate in the testing process to ensure high quality project deliverables
Job Role / Your future duties & responsibilities
'Major Responsibilities
• Understand and analyze requirements, identifying implications, issues, and risks.
• Write story points and acceptance criteria to meet business requirements.
• Develop understanding of Statistical Reporting process and error analysis.
• Interact with client to clarify business and transformation rules to meet business requirements – as needed.
• Create routes, mappings, workflows in the implementation of the requirements.
• Develop test plans & participate in the testing process to ensure high quality project deliverables.
• Automate the current process flow and eliminate the manual activities.
• Collaborate with other team members and clients to ensure quality solution.
• Diagnose and resolve mapping and transformation rules that occur in deployment environments.
Required qualifications for this role
Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience working on ETL tool for data mapping, extraction and transformation in P&C Insurance. Process automation expert.
Technologies required
ETL Tool (Pilotfish or any)
Knowledge/experience with insurance data models (e.g. Acord, OMG, etc.)
Writing simple scripting code (e.g. JavaScript, PowerShell)
