Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and automation scripts for data integration, migration, and transformation to effectively test the ETL processes. Perform comprehensive data validation and verification to ensure data integrity across all ETL processes. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements, provide feedback, and develop test cases covering functional, regression, and performance testing. Independently drive discussions with business teams to understand data requirements and ensure test cases align with business needs. Create and maintain detailed test reports and defect documentation. Ensure that the quality of the data is consistent, accurate, and meets business expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in database testing and data warehousing. Strong proficiency in T-SQL for querying and validating data. Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS and ADF (Azure Data Factory) is a plus. Experience testing data in Azure SQL databases. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, data integration, and Azure cloud blob storage. Experience with data profiling, data quality, and data transformation testing. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with business users to define and validate requirements. Knowledge of version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (e.g., TFS, DevOps).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Azure. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
