This role reports directly to the Manager, Professional Services or Director, Professional Services. The Project Manager, Trial Interactive (PM) is the main point of contact for clients at TransPerfect Trial Interactive. The PM will be responsible for onboarding, maintaining, and developing client relationships. The PM will be required to meet all client timelines and work in conjunction with cross functional teams to build and promote client retention and loyalty.

Description:Onboard new clientsRespond to client requests for new project initiatives; collaborate with various departments to assess the scope of work and produce cost estimatesGrow existing client relationships through customer success promoting retention and loyaltyTake a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry and business needs and company culture, educating the project team, identifying new business opportunities, and providing a high level of serviceMonitor and communicate project progress internally & externally, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets, and      ultimately produce high quality deliverablesServe as the primary point of contact for client contactsSet and fulfill client expectationsOversee study budget and monitor employee time against Client Budget and Statement of WorkParticipate in and support Quality Assurance with clients and regulatory audits, as necessaryBe the Voice of the Customer and advocate to Trial Interactive’s internal teamsBuild trust and transparency with Trial Interactive’s clientsEnsure completion of applicable project-required documents, updates, and responds to requests in a timely mannerWork with the Product Managers to provide feedback and suggestions for future features, raise AHA ticketsBe knowledgeable in Trial Interactive systems in order to appropriately support clients and recommend process improvements. Become a Subject Matter expert for client supported technologiesComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

Required Experience and Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a 3-year college or universityMinimum of 3 years’ experience in the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceutical, biotechnology or CRO experience preferred)Minimum of 3 years project management experienceKnowledge of clinical development phases and processes
 Required Skills:Experience in customer successKnowledge of clinical development phases and processesSuperior written and spoken communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong Presentation Skills and proven track record of working in a customer facing roleAbility to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines with multiple competing deliverables
