Job Description

As an ETO Customer Care Advocate, you will Advocate for customers of our ETO Business (Engineering to Order) , being responsible for Order Creation , Internal Follow Up on behalf of customer and project managers, maintain orders in our ERP System , acting from the moment the order is released to the manufacturing facility until the order is delivered to the customer. |f you are passionate about working with customers, partners and other team members to answer questions, resolve issues, and deliver a experience every time, minimizing effort to maximize loyalty, this is the perfect position for you.

You will support our product and service businesses, working in a environment where no two days are the same, you will have opportunity to embrace change and excel at the challenge of delivering the best possible outcomes for customers. You will report to the Global ETO Customer Care Manager and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

Will reply to all communications received from the customer /Project managers,Monitor all Oracle incidents from when they are pulled until they can be closed.Update order information in the system as instructed by the customer /Project manager(i.e. address changes, billing changes, carrier changes, dates).Notify customers/internal customers on any changes to the orders' delivery schedule.Will manage order blocks, billings, follow up with logistics/transportation.Engage internally with all departments on behalf of customer/project manager to provide the best service level possibleWill participate in extra projects for continuous improvement within the customer care team.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Customer Service Experience (minimum 1 year)Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics.Proficient In Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word And Advance in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)Advanced or Fluent English (min. 80%)

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

SAP knowledge (ECC and CRM)OraclePower Tools Knowledge (Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps)
