In order to reinforce our teams, we are looking for an Innovation Incentives and Public Funding Expert. 

Your Impact:

As a senior Grants & Incentives Consultant specializing in EU funding, you will play a critical role in driving transformation and innovation for our clients. Your key responsibilities:

Client advisory and relationship management:

Developing and executing strategies for securing EU grants and incentives, while raising awareness of new opportunities.

Assisting international clients in identifying and leveraging EU funding opportunities for research, innovation, and digitalization and sustainability-related projects.

Advising clients on the development and structuring of projects to maximize EU grant/subsidy potential.

Facilitating consortium building by connecting clients with relevant industry partners and EU bodies.

Leadership and development:

Expanding your knowledge of European grants and incentives, and staying informed about policy developments and funding opportunities at the EU level.

Leading projects with a structured, critical, and creative approach to ensure successful grant application outcomes.

Cultivating a strong professional network within PwC and the broader EU ecosystem to identify and pursue commercial opportunities.

Take a leading role in a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Business development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to prospective clients.

About You:

You have a minimum of  5 years of experience in EU grants, incentives, and public funding, ideally within a consultancy setting.

Expertise in writing grant applications for one or multiple EU funding frameworks such as Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, various climate funds, etc. is recommended

You hold a master's degree, preferably in engineering, applied sciences, or a related field.

You are skilled at managing projects with multiple stakeholders and can translate complex client needs into effective grant applications.

You have leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.

You are passionate about innovation and possess strong communication, networking, and writing skills.

You are a proactive problem solver with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

You are fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French being an advantage.
