We are looking for a Patient Impact Business Analytics Lead EU, who is a dynamic leader and passionate to make a tangible impact, to join us in our Insights to Impact Group, located in Brussels, Belgium or Monheim, Germany (other European countries can be considered).

 

About the role

The Patient Impact Departments mission is, to strengthen UCBs performance management through generation of impactful data driven insight that are instrumental to strengthen our Go to Market (G2M) strategy and execution capability.

 

You will provide leadership and direction to a team of 8 Business Analysts, based in respective countries within EU.  Regular European travel will be required.

 

Who you’ll work with

Business Analysts, management team and senior stakeholders.

 

What you’ll do

Understanding the Patient Value Unit strategy (esp. area/country level) and translate Patient Impact objectives into team and individual objectives.Gain, maintain and apply a keen understanding of the patient ecosystems, products, and markets.Drives initiatives (in-)directly to strengthen successful Analytics impact creation.Contributes to Analytics Thought Leadership, and acts as a role model for analytical / insights generating programs.Coordinates and is managing cross country projects within expected timelines and budgets, ensures company’s resources are used efficiently.Responsible for developing and implementing the continuous improvement strategy. Leading, and managing the analytics transformation through the country Business Analysts.

 

Interested?

Advanced degree (Masters, PhD) in engineering, a biological, physical or social science, advanced analytics/data science, strategy or innovation OR an MBA from a top tier institution with significant experience.A minimum of 8 years’ work experience within the pharmaceutical industry and or consultancy firm.Strong experience in Go-to-Market analytics with excellent data landscape understanding, data and analytics technology solutions (PowerBI, Qlik, etc.)Leading teams / people management experience.Creative mindset: ability to think out of the box in terms of future requirements/innovationsEffective communication capabilities which include, ability to challenge and influence.Willingness to travel up to 50%.
