Your future duties and responsibilities:
· Technical Design, Creating detailed technical designs for end user device solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
· Requirement Gathering, Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
· MECM/SCCM, Managing and deploying devices using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
· Intune, Implementing and managing mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) using Microsoft Intune.
· Autopilot, Configuring and deploying Windows devices using Windows Autopilot.
· WVD, Designing and implementing Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) solutions.
· Application Packaging, Packaging and deploying applications to end user devices.
· Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of MECM/SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, WVD, and application packaging.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
