Key Responsibilities:
Contributing and operating effectively within sub-category, country, bid and project level procurement strategies for the nominated internal customers and stakeholders Supporting the identification and execution of opportunities for financial returns, maximizing value, protecting and delivering demonstrable benefits to the Fujitsu's profit and loss (as per agreed targets) Developing and implementing negotiation strategies for contracts, drafting supplier contractual terms and conditions to minimize Fujitsu’s risk exposure Identification and management of key suppliers at a strategic level to ensure an effective relationship to maximize value while minimizing commercial and financial risks to Fujitsu Understanding of responsible procurement practices, policies, and processes, ensuring adherence to ethical and sustainable standards Understanding the needs of key clients, regularly engage with relevant stakeholders, and build strong relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction Providing consultancy to colleagues and/or bid teams ensuring innovative, responsive and competitive input to help secure business opportunities Exploring existing product/service offerings through Capability Units or third parties to enhance competitivenessSkills required:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics and / or IT Post-graduate studies for procurement managers of advantage Knowledge of and experience in business intelligence, especially spend analysis systems Experience in strategic sourcing of IT- and Professional Services suppliers, supplier market analysis and the running of RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) Experience in supplier negotiations with strong communication, persuasion and influencing skills Proficiency in contract review and drafting commercial clauses Proven supplier and stakeholder relationship management skills Experience of working in an international environment Strong digital mindset with experience of working in numerous procurement systems and tools. Practical experience of Ariba of advantage. Demonstrable drive, ambition and vision Organized, structured and results/execution focused Flexibility and can do attitude Strong customer orientation Project management skills and experience A proven fast learner with a willingness to grow Ability to remain persistent and durable, making informed decisions in high-pressure situations. Fluent in English, Polish native
