Lead Quality Assurance teamFacilitate Comprehensive Reviews and Maturity EvaluationsDocument and Report Design Quality StatusDrive Problem Solving and Continuous ImprovementSupport Process Deployment and ComplianceEnhance Process Efficiency and Best PracticesEnsure feasibility and proper budget planning for our upcoming programs within the quotation phase, and thus securing an early commitment for Design QualityProcess
Management of the European Handbook and support for IATF auditAssess the impacts of the new Forvia Procedures and deploy them to the right departments to ensure proper applicationAnticipates the impacts of the expansion of ASPICE to HWParticipate in the deployment of new Hella processes (SW and HW) Manage internal maturity evaluations for Design Quality motivated by standards like Automotive SPICE (internally called Q-Scans), as well as for Functional Safety and Cyber SecurityStandardization of Review TemplateProduct
Approve the Design Quality Assurance Plan for programs and track the overall status of Design QualityDefinition and follow up of the Quality engineering KPIStructuring of design reviews (multidisciplinary)Participate to Engineering Functional MilestoneParticipate to Major Engineering Milestones and evaluate Promise Engineering contentYour profile and competencies to succeed Master’s degree in an engineering-related field (System, Software, Hardware, or similar)Extensive knowledge of Automotive SPICE standard (and Functional Safety - ISO 26262 / Product Cyber Security ISO21434 - preferred)Ability to lead and execute audits/assessments (certified to perform Assessments / Audits preferred – e.g., Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor)Proficiency in identifying process weaknesses and developing improvement strategies.Experience in automotive system, software hardware engineering, design quality management or similar areasUnderstanding of project management techniques and strong negotiation skillsSolution-oriented and analytical thinkingExperience:Proven experience in the automotive industry (at least 10 years)Experience in assessments or audits (e.g., based on Automotive SPICE or similar)Experience in providing guidance and support for ASPICE compliance (and functional safety, cyber security – preferred)Experience in quality-driven approaches, like FMEA, FTA, 5Why, and IshikawaWhat we can do for you At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies.
