Europe RGM - Senior Manager

The team works to drive Net Revenue Realisation whilst addressing intense external headwinds across retail landscape, deliver CPG-beating performance against on-going competitive pressure and build best-in-class RGM capability across process, digital tools and organizational capability. Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of Europe Sector’s RGM strategy and transformation through project managing key strategic and capability projects. The span of projects with give you a varied experience, from: Driving the development of Strong Single Serve Growth Plans across BUs though an E2E integrated approach with DX, RG, Marketing and Supply Chain Coordinating RGM E2E integration into the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process with Marketing to break down functional silos and develop stronger category growth plans In conjunction with Global S&T, PMO the delivery of critical digital Price Elasticity and Promo ROI tools to BUs, embed and prove value of solutions. Lead specific contracted support to BUs on key strategy and transformation projects – e.g. CDA Pay for Performance Terms Structure roll-out across West Europe BUs Support the Head of Europe RGM on keynote presentations to Senior Global and Sector stakeholders to update on RGM transformation progress and future vision Own and deliver periodic RGM performance reviews to RGM Senior Director and RGM Community and implications on “One RGM priorities” The work will involve building trusting relationships with BU GM/ RGM Leads, Category Leads, Europe functional leads, Global Net Revenue Management, Global S&T and their respective teams. The role will have 2 GBS based analysts to support on reporting and project diagnostics. Qualifications Strategy Experience is critical (3yrs minimum at Senior Manager equivalent) with CPG RGM experience highly desired Strategic thinking skills – ability to analyze complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level storylines & concise practical plans for execution. Project management skills – proven track record to lead cross-functional teams to deliver business strategy and action plans Ability to visually present thoughts, storylines, facts & figures in a compelling and clear way and adapt content to a variety of audiences including senior executives Commercial Acumen – Strong commercial and analytical ability required to manage both the operational and strategic agenda and interrogate complex, incomplete or ambiguous data with ease Self starter – able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment Influencing skills – demonstration of ability to influence both internal and external agenda at a senior level through a matrix organisation Strong results orientation, track record of hitting and exceeding targets Change management – leading large scale change throughout levels of an organization
