European Customer Service Representative (m/w/d)

We are looking for:

Our company is one of the world’s leading providers of composite materials and is recognized by its customers as a successful innovator and provider of reliable, high-performance solutions with added value. The Composite Materials Global Business Unit (GBU) develops, manufactures, and markets most of the materials required for the production of automotive and aerospace structures, such as prepregs, adhesives, and coating films.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic customer service representative with multilingual skills and quick learning abilities. You will be an important part of the European Customer Service team. You will work at the interface between the commercial and supply chain organizations. You will manage and support your own customer portfolio, ensuring that customer orders are always accurately processed by the company. As a member of the European Customer Service team, you will report to the Head of European Customer Service and act as the link between our customers and internal departments.
 

We need you for:

Supporting our international key account customers

Independently preparing calculations and quotes

Processing document requests

Coordinating and handling customer projects in close collaboration with key account management and internal departments

Supporting claims management

You bring:

A completed degree or commercial training

Ideally, experience in sales or customer service for key account customers

Fluent in German, French, and English

Good working knowledge of common MS Office products

Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus
