Join the Commercial stream of our two-year rotational European Graduate Program within our Materials Group Business Unit and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and business development. You'll rotate through different assignments, exploring diverse marketing disciplines and developing the skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced commercial environment. Your tasks may include activities such as:

Championing our products as you manage all aspects of the product lifecycle within a specific market segment, influencing key decisions around pricing, promotion, placement, and innovationDriving growth by supporting and leading key Marketing initiatives in order to achieve strategic business targetsSupport with shaping business strategy by providing data-driven insights and recommendations based on your in-depth market analysis and assessmentsShowcasing your creativity and communication skills by developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns across online and offline channels

Qualifications

What we also expect you to have:

University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant Business / Engineering fieldSome relevant practical experience (e.g. internships, project work), ideally in an international manufacturing settingProficiency in English
