For our site in Rumst - Belgium we are looking for an enthusiastic European Marketing and Sales Development Program Associate to join our development program specializing in Sales and Marketing in Belgium. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential! **RESPONSIBILITIES** **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:** + Participate in a **two-year rotational program** featuring **Three eight-month assignments** across different business units within our Marketing and Sales functions. + Benefit from a **customized rotation plan** designed to leverage your strengths while aligning with Cummins’ business goals. + Gain **diverse experiences** across our product portfolio, build an extensive professional network, and develop a well-rounded skill set. + Receive significant investment in your personal growth through **targeted training** and networking opportunities. You’ll also be partnered with a **mentor from our European Leadership Team** who will guide you throughout the program. + Explore rotations in areas such as: + Account Management, Channel Management, Sales Management, Product Planning, Product Management, Pricing, Marketing Communications, Market Strategy and Planning **QUALIFICATIONS** **To be successful in this role you will need:** + A **bachelor’s or master’s degree** in Marketing, Sales, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Languages, or a related field. + **Practical experience** in Marketing or Sales, obtained through internships, academic projects, or post-graduate work. + **Language proficiency** : C-level fluency in English (written and spoken). + **Willingness to travel:** Although your main work location will be Rumst - Belgium, you need to have the ability to travel to other European countries, including the United Kingdom during the program **Why Join Us?** At Cummins, we believe in fostering potential.
