European SRA Cluster Lead - Central Europe (f/m/x)Petcare Segment, R&D Department
Location: Warsaw or any PN site in Europe

What will be your key responsibilities?Provide strategic regulatory guidance to internal partners on existing and new regulations, managing technical regulatory issues effectively.
Stay informed on key regulatory developments through active engagement in industry events and trade associations to assess potential impacts on our operations.
Develop and execute external regulatory influencing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders within a complex cluster organization.
Represent the company in external engagements to influence policy and legislation alignment with our strategic positions, seizing growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance in the market by overseeing internal processes and practices, continuously enhancing them to align with laws and regulations.
Lead significant SRA projects with regional or global implications, demonstrating strategic leadership.
What are we looking for?University degree or equivalent qualification.
Business acumen and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with diverse teams and locations, fostering engagement and dedication to success.
Proficiency in English (written & spoken) and the language of the cluster country.
Ideally familiar with systems, tools, and digital enablers.
Demonstrates organizational savvy, decision-making quality, and attention to detail.
