Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. **Your New Role…** We are looking for a dynamic Eurosport Editor who is passionate about sports media and excels in promoting exclusive rights through engaging content. In this role, you will be responsible for producing both written and video content to drive traffic to MAX and Eurosport platforms. You will focus on promoting live broadcasts, replays, and other sports programming by leveraging the Eurosport.no platform, ensuring that fans are informed and excited about upcoming events. This role requires a mix of editorial skills, video production, on-field reporting and control room producing. **Your Role Accountabilities…** + Content Promotion: Write articles and produce video content to promote Eurosport and MAX exclusive rights. Your content will primarily focus on driving viewership for live broadcasts, replays, and sports programs on MAX. + Cross-Platform Engagement: Utilize Eurosport to highlight and promote sports content available on MAX. This includes regularly updating the website with relevant information about upcoming events and linking to live broadcasts or replays. + Content Creation & Management: Write engaging sports articles and cases that captivate the audience, extract key highlights and clips from live broadcasts and other exclusive content to repurpose across platforms, conduct interviews and manage live studio feeds to create dynamic and timely sports stories. + On-Field Reporting: Cover live events and report directly from the field. This includes working as a Video Journalist (VJ) to film, edit, and produce your own video reports. Gather exclusive news stories and interviews that can be shared across Eurosport platforms. + Producer: Manage high-pressure environments, oversee live productions, and take on team leadership responsibilities. + Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, as well as editors and content managers, to ensure timely and accurate promotion of sports content. Ensure a cohesive strategy that aligns with the broader Eurosport and MAX content goals. **Qualifications & Experience…** + Experience in sports journalism, editorial roles, or digital content creation. + Proficiency in writing and video editing, with the ability to create compelling multimedia content. + Strong understanding of sports broadcasting, with a focus on Norwegian and international sports. + Experience working as a Video Journalist (VJ) is a strong advantage. + Ability to work independently in the field, producing video content and gathering news. + Previous experience as a television sports reporter. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Norwegian and English. + A passion for sports and an understanding of how to engage fans across digital platforms **How We Get Things Done…** This last bit is probably the most important!
