We currently have an opportunity for an EV Charging Solution Partnership Manager that will support the Mobility Solutions team by facilitating industry partnerships that align with International’s charging solution strategy. The EV Charging Solution Partnership Manager will work with partners across the full charging solution value chain to build and manage business models and agreements to provide the best-fit charging solution for client needs.

 

The position will be based in our Lisle, Illinois headquarters and report into our Director of Mobility Solutions.

Responsibilities Build and lead charging solution supplier market exploration processes and charging solution partner identificationBuild and lead onboarding processes for new partnersDevelop KPIs and monitor partner performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insightsManage existing partner relationships, focusing on commercial and quality improvements and ensuring alignment with company objectivesSet up and (re-)negotiate cooperation / framework agreements with partnersMonitor and advise on market conditions and competitor activityReact to changes in the market by proposing, drafting, and developing new conceptsWork with our commercial, service, product and marketing teams to deliver new initiatives, improving user experience for International charging solutionsContribute to International’s general charging solution strategy development Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 10 years of business development, sales, mergers and acquisitions, finance or joint venture experienceAt least 4 years of management experience

Master’s degreeAt least 8 years of business development, sales, mergers and acquisitions, finance or joint venture experienceAt least 4 years of management experience

OR

At least 12 years of business development, sales, mergers and acquisitions, finance or joint venture experienceAt least 4 years of management experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
