Evening Child and Adolescent Outpatient Therapist (Part-Time)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Child and Adolescent Outpatient Therapist to provide high-quality care in our evening programs. This role involves working with children and teens in a supportive, structured outpatient setting.

Schedule:

Evening hours, approximately 3pm-7pm Flexibility to meet client and program needs

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for children and adolescents. Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families. Evaluate emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs to ensure effective treatment. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with program standards. Communicate professionally with clients, families, referral sources, and team members. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress.

Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field required. Licensure: Active LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in Pennsylvania preferred but not required. Experience: Prior experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting. Knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
