There is an immediate opening for a Part-Time Evening Courier. The Evening Courier reports to District Office and is responsible for hand-delivering letters, delivering mail, and correspondence. This position is part-time, working 4:30 - 7:30 PM, Monday - Friday (except holidays). Job Responsibilities + Hand-deliver student suspension letters and superintendent’s hearing notification letters to guardian(s) at their home address. Must collect signature of guardian upon receipt. + Make attempt to contact student’s guardian via telephone if there is no answer at the door. + Deliver Board of Education packets and correspondence to Board of Education member’s homes. + Drop off any USPS mail to a post office drop box. + Take responsibility for confidential items.
