Event and Engagement Specialist

What we count on you for:

End-to-end management of Allianz Hungária’s internal and external events – from strategic planning to execution Developing and implementing an engagement and communication plan that fosters a sense of belonging and connects employees to Allianz’s purpose Aligning events with the company’s strategy to enhance employee experience and drive organizational change Ensuring that events contribute to the visibility and reputation of Allianz Hungária as an employer of choice Partnering closely with internal stakeholders, including leadership, People & Culture, Employer Branding, and Corporate Communications, to create meaningful engagement opportunities Designing creative and concept-driven event strategies that go beyond logistics and contribute to broader business objectives Managing event-related communications, branding, and messaging to maximize impact Overseeing budget management and ensuring cost-effective event execution Measuring the impact of events and developing continuous improvement strategies

What we require:

At least 5 years of experience in event management, preferably in a corporate or agency environment A holistic mindset: ability to manage events not only logistically but also strategically, ensuring alignment with employer branding and corporate culture Strong organizational skills, creative and flexible thinking, and problem-solving abilities Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills Experience in employer branding, internal communication, or corporate events is a plus University degree Fluent English (spoken and written)
