Event Coordinator – $28-$33/hour – Washington, DC

Our client, an international organization, is seeking a temporary Event Coordinator to support their growing and busy Events team in Washington, DC for 3-6 months starting at the end of January!

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain event materials which include contact lists, production schedules, budgets, etc.Coordinate event logistics including A/V and room set-up, menu and décor selection, and collaborating with external vendors.Serve as the point-of-contact for event attendees and internal staff.Responsible for in-person and virtual event scheduling.Create and track project timelines, providing administrative support and follow-up as needed.

Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on event experience is required.Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficiencies in MS Office 365, Asana and a CRM are required.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Compensation/Benefits:

$28/hr-$33/hr, DOETemporary for 3-6 months.Part-time for the first 2 weeks, then full time.Hours are 9:30am-5:30pm.Hybrid with 2 days/week onsite in Washington, DC. A1403390DC-Temp_1736801114 To Apply for this Job Click Here
