Our client, a global investment manager, is seeking an Event Coordinator in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-6/6:30pm and is in office up to 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate investor conferences and events with prospective and current investorsResponsible for managing event logistics including creating and tracking invitation lists, investor communication, registration, attendee tracking, and pre and post event statisticsMonitor budget and management tasks in regard to in-person and virtual eventsHeavy data management in Excel, CRM systems, Cvent, and other tools and software as neededAssist with booking event space and putting together invitations and guest listsSupport events by travelling to outside offices or other cities when needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required2+ years' experience in eventsProficient in Microsoft Office, strong experience working in ExcelProficient in Cvent and Salesforce is a plusWarm professional with a data driven mindset

Compensation/Benefits:
