About the Role
We're looking for an energetic Event Coordinator to join our Brand team. You'll play a key role in supporting our food & nutrition portfolio, including Food ingredients Europe, Vitafoods Europe, and international joint-venture events.

Marketing & Commercial Support
Deliver event packages and products that meet our communities' and clients' needsCreate sales materials for our commercial teamsHelp organize customer experience programs at European eventsConduct market research to keep us ahead of the curveSupport sponsorship and client event packagesAdministration
Compile event set-up documents and sales contractsCoordinate team meetings and schedulesPrepare clear, engaging reports and presentationsManage purchase orders and supplier relationshipsTrack event KPIs and ensure accurate reportingCreate and complete IJV Framework agreements on timeMeet deadlines set by your manager, internal teams, and partnersHelp us improve our ways of working and boost team efficiencyQualifications
