Responsibilities + Register employees for external training programs in accordance with company guidelines. + Collaborate with management and employees on the development and related training needs. + Collaborate with Marketing on the creation and submittal of ad requests. + Process and track employee and corporate memberships (new as well as renewals). + Handle employee Event Requests (includes networking events, organizational meetings, seminars, conferences, sponsorships, ads, etc.). + Assist with credit card receipts and monthly credit card statements. + Maintain various departmental tracking spreadsheets. + Assist and support Events Team with scheduling and leading the weekly (or daily when needed) event and conference update meetings. + Update upcoming Social Media needs for Marketing based on upcoming events. + Coordinate pick-up or shipping of conference booth and related materials. + Assist with monitoring Marketing materials and giveaway supplies on hand. Qualifications + Minimum Education requirement to perform the job: Vocational training / associate degree / diploma / certification. + Relevant Years of experience required to perform the role: 1 to 3 yrs of experience. + Administrative Assistance experience a plus. + Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Adobe. + Experience using Microsoft Teams helpful. + Self-starter. + Able to work with a team and also independently. + Fast-paced environment/experience prioritizing. + Able to navigate proficiently on the Internet. + Relationship Management. + Business Acumen. + Communication. + Program/Project Execution. + Corporate Travel Experience required. + Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
