The salary range for this role, based in Kentucky is $46,024.00 to $57,530.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Management: 70%
Serve as onsite lead for private and corporate events at Rabbit Hole Distillery for event attendees and clients, answering questions and resolving issues as needed.Serve as main point of contact with 3rd party vendors for internal and external eventsSupport Pernod Ricard and Rabbit Hole internal events as part of the Brand Home operation.- Commercial/ Market Support: 20%
Support on-site selection Rabbit Hole Single Barrel Experiences.Support Events Manager with outside Brand Home led events, tastings, activations- Brand Home Operation: 10%
Support activities associated with the day-to-day operations of the Brand Home tourism experienceSupport Brand Home operations with reservation and booking of VIP/Trade groupsOther Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and execute a variety of events, including private tours and tastings, corporate events, off site tasting events, and other special occasions.Work closely with clients the day of the event to determine needs and preferences and ensure that all details are accounted for.Coordinate with vendors, caterers, rental companies, to ensure that all necessary equipment and services are secured.Assist with event setup and breakdown, including decorating, arranging furniture, and coordinating with staff.Support overall brand home programs, experiences, and operations as part of the Brand Home experience teamQualifications
