The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of event planning and execution designed to build brand awareness and drive lead generation at various events, home shows, or other opportunities that may attract future customers. This leadership position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively and strategically. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in event and team management, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.Core Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and own event-based marketing initiatives to generate qualified sales leads for Window NationIdentify, negotiate, and attend various events (trade shows, fairs, festivals, community events, etc.) with the goal of lead generation within your full geographical market areaResponsible for budget forecasting, inventory management, and maintaining approved budgetResponsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based upon established KPIsResponsible for recruiting, hiring, training, ongoing development and performance management that delivers an incredible event experience for employees & customers alikeManage event representative schedules to ensure that event calendar is staffed for successPartner with branch operations, marketing, and sales to grow strong brand presence within the marketTrack and report event metrics to evaluate event team & individual performance.Required travel up to 40%Required to work weekends and/or evenings to support scheduled eventsBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to lift to 50 poundsAbility to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time; up to 6 hours during event2+ years in a customer facing leadership positionValid driver's license and driving record that meets company's insurance requirementsAbility to drive a box truckPreferred QualificationsAssociates degreeExperience in event marketing, field marketing, sales, or lead generationStrong negotiation, recruiting, and training skillsSelf-starter with ability to manage and develop othersAbility to handle multiple priorities at one timeStrong planning and organizational skills, including attention to detailProficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWindow Nation cultivates a culture of inclusion that respects our employees' individual strengths, views, and experiences.
