Serve as a strategic partner to our LOBs and Functions on using events to achieve goals and objectives. 2. Conceive and design experiences that will align with LOB marketing strategies to memorably engage our meeting and event attendees and differentiate Truist from our competitors. 3. Adeptly anticipate the distinctive needs of our internal/external clients. 4. Ensure meetings and events at Truist are collaborative and exceed attendee experience expectations. 4. Serve as a steward of the Truist brand and ensure all experience elements are in compliance with brand standards. 5. Document and report post-engagement results summary for review, and schedule/facilitate lessons learned discussions with marketing and business partners. 6. Stay connected with industry trends and best practices to ensure we are providing best-in-class experiences for our clients, prospects and teammates. 7. Apply in-depth knowledge of event marketing best practices derived from experience. 8. Other duties, as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training. 2. Seven years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3. Deeply specialized (SME) and/or broad knowledge within the marketing (or related) discipline; sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes managing a process. 4. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes, or services. 5. Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure, in addition to leading a team of professionals. 6. Ability to exercise independent judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities. 7. Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems. 8. Ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective. 9. Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and the factors that differentiate Truist and its competitors in the market. **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. Master’s degree or MBA and six years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. 2. Banking or financial services experience. 3. Experience with high-touch recognition programs and events. 4. Consumer/Commercial/Corporate/Wealth banking client, relationship, product and/or segment marketing experience. 5.
