This position exists to provide comprehensive support for event marketing and coordination, ensuring seamless integration between event management systems, marketing channels, and venue operations. The Event Marketing Specialist will maintain accurate event calendars, manage online event listings, organize digital marketing assets, and assist with client onboarding processes, allowing venue managers to focus on in-person client interactions while ensuring all promotional and operational aspects of events are executed effectively.
The Impact you’ll makeCalendar & Event Management\nSynchronize event calendars across Tripleseat, Google Calendar, and venue systems\nUpdate calendars with time changes and special event links\nMonitor schedule conflicts and notify management of major changes\nAssist with 30-day and 2-week event check-ins via Tripleseat\nTicketing & Online Presence\nSet up and manage online ticketing for special events\nMaintain event information on websites and ticketing platforms\nEnsure cohesive public-facing information across all channels\nProvide support to promoters regarding ticketing and reconcile sales with financial records\nEvent Portal Management\nMaintain venue profiles on TagVenue, Eventective, Peerspace, Unique Venues, Vendry, and Spotz\nRespond to inquiries through these platforms, especially during high-volume periods\nAdd venues to free listings such as The Knot and Wedding Wire\nEnsure all listing information remains current and accurate\nContent & Digital Asset Organization\nOrganize event photos into appropriate folders (corporate, social, small events, groups)\nMaintain updated image libraries of the four Denver spaces\nProofread content for sales decks and marketing materials\nEnsure all images are high-resolution and properly formatted\nVendor & Promoter Coordination\nConfirm rental delivery schedules through remote access systems\nAssist with promoter and client onboarding processes\nReview run-of-show documents to ensure all client needs are addressed\nBuild floor plans occasionally using software like Prizmm\nData & Reporting Support\nAssist with gathering data and reports from Smart Tab\nMaintain Tripleseat organization and overall system maintenance\nTrack specific client sales for different time periods as needed\nSupport marketing team with Denver revamp initiatives and promoter submissions\n
