To drive continued success, we are seeking a Event Night Manager to join our winning team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

•      Ensure all areas of the venue are inspected and show ready at completion of cleaning. Areas are to include Parking Lot, Ticket Box area, Concessions, Restrooms, All Walkways, Seating, Back of House, Offices, Backyard Stage, and Loading Docks.

•      Adhere to and enforcement all client’s SOPs, policies, and standards.

•      Ensure all assigned areas have necessary items on hand for crew to perform needed tasks.

•      Accountable for basic cleaning items include: maid carts, brutes, tilt trucks, vacuums, broom and dust pan, etc.

•      Ensure that the needed housekeeping supplies are on hand and accounted for.

•      Constantly move from staff to staff checking to ensure they are properly performing their assigned tasks. Help them when needed to ensure they do not fall behind. Re-train staff when needed to ensure they effectively perform their assigned tasks.

•      Supervise staff break time (15 mins for a shift exceeding 4 hours, 1 hour for a shift exceeding 8 hours) Staff must clock out for the 1 Hour Break.

•      Supervise staff hydration/water needs (water should to be made available to staff all times).

•      Supervise radio communication between staff.

•      “Final” assigned staff area for proper completion at end of shift and release staff member.

•      Oversee the proper signing in/out, clocking in/out of assigned staff.

•      In the event of an evacuation, take direction from the Event Services Supervisor on duty or Event Coordinator via radio. Relay needed evacuation info to Housekeeping Staff via radio.

•      Assist elderly or handicapped patrons when possible.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

·        Ability to perform routine walking, standing and bending for extended periods of time.

·        Ability to independently carry items weighing less than 50 lbs. Moving items over 50 lbs. utilizes a team lift.

·        Must be 18 years of age
