Job Description
We're looking for an Event Operations Manager to join our Event Delivery team for a 12-month contract. You'll be part of a dynamic environment, managing multiple events and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.
What You'll Do
Event Delivery (65%)
Manage sponsor and exhibitor relationshipsCreate online exhibitor manuals and update floor plansCoordinate sponsor logos and registrationRespond to inquiries within 24 hoursCommunicate effectively with sponsors, exhibitors, and internal teamsCollaborate with Account Management on commercial opportunitiesProject-manage various aspects of in-person events, including:Evening eventsSignage (digital and printed)CateringHotel bookingsDelegate travelDeliver EBD Academy training coursesManage temporary staffEnsure timely task completion and budget adherenceAttend preparation visits and events for on-site supportCollaboration and Best Practices (15%)
