About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Event Operations Executive to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our Operations Managers to deliver exceptional events across Europe.

As an organized and self-motivated individual, you'll thrive on working independently to meet deadlines and targets. You'll also contribute to streamlining our operational processes across various European event verticals.

What You'll Do

Operational Responsibilities

Create and manage event-specific project plansHandle purchase orders and budget trackingManage floor plans and address exhibitor queriesCoordinate schedules for catering, electrics, furniture, signage, and staffingDesign simple system-built feature areasDeliver operational sponsorship elements in collaboration with our sales teamManage temporary staff, including briefings and onsite inductionsLiaise with internal teams, venues, contractors, suppliers, and exhibitorsContribute to post-event reports and analysisManage pre-show logistics, including equipment ordering and onsite team welfareProduce onsite documentation under senior guidanceAssist with operational exhibitor queries

Team Support

Attend and document meetings as neededArrange travel and accommodation within budgetAdhere to company H&S, Security & Sustainability guidelinesHelp implement Service Level AgreementsSupport the team with additional tasks as required

Qualifications

Who You Are

You bring:

At least two years of experience in an Operations Executive roleKnowledge of the events industry, venues, and contractorsA proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needsStrong time management and multitasking skillsThe ability to work independently and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)Willingness to travel and work across European time zones
