Are you passionate about creating innovative, high-quality services? Tribute Home Care, a leader in private-pay home care for seniors, is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Project Manager to lead the launch of our new Enhanced Services Program.
This is a 4-6 month temporary role with the potential to transition into a full-time position, offering a unique opportunity to shape a program that could redefine how people experience home care.
This role requires a start-up growth mindset, with the ability to develop, execute, and refine ideas quickly and with precision.

Key Responsibilities
+ Project Launch: Oversee all aspects of getting the Enhanced Services Program off the ground
+ Collaboration: Partner with Tribute's Client Solutions and Relationship Development teams to select and customize activities with partners
+ Program Design: Create a portfolio of engaging individual and group activities to enrich the lives of seniors both at home and in community settings
+ Vendor Relations: Identify and establish relationships with service providers across our service areas
+ Operational Development: Create scalable operational processes for planning, delivering, and evaluating programs
+ Execution Excellence: Ensure successful delivery of activities, ensuring the highest quality and customer satisfaction
+ Budget Management: Oversee financial agreements and ensure cost-effective solutions
+ Metrics and Evaluation: Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess program success
+ Program Rollout: Lead the planning for and implementation of the Enhanced Serivces Program
+ Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to the executive sponsor and monthly executive summaries to the leadership team
Here's what the ideal candidate will bring to Tribute:
+ 5+ years of experience building new services or programs and achieving sustainability
+ Strong project management and event management skills, from concept to completion
+ Creativity, operational expertise and keen attention to detail
+ Proficiency with project management tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
+ Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills
+ Comfort with ambiguity and thriving in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
+ Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
+ Flexibility to travel between service areas and availability for occasional evening events
