Youll join us in one of our new Sales Executive roles this is an exciting new venture for Q Hotels and offers a unique fast track opportunity to progress into a Head of Department role in a 9-12 month period. Your future career plan is likely to be as an Events Sales Manager or as a proactive first time Sales Manager. This will require travel to our hotels within a NorthMidlands area for you to support their events office teams, when additional support is needed. The duration of support could be a weeks or a longer term period, where required. Dependant on your home location, the hotels will generally be commutable, however, where this is not possible, then accommodation will be provided. We will provide intensive training to enable you to join our team and hit the ground running, supporting a variety of our hotels in handling Conference and Events enquires and converting them into definite pieces of business. In doing this, you will need to be confident and a real people person in order to build relationships quickly. Importantly, this role is critical to supporting sales within our business and so you will also need to be passionate about driving conversion, through your fantastic sales and negotiation skills.
