Event Sales Manager
Compensation: 65-75K, Full-Time

Job Description:

The Event Sales Manager’s primary role is selling, the achievement of their individual revenue goal, and the servicing of their events, primarily for the Catering and Banquet Food and Beverage departments. Duties also include contract review, event deposits, menu planning, agenda setting, hotel planning services, and payment collection.

The Event Sales Manager also hosts hotel tours, maintains strong customer, community, and brand relationships. This position participates, and may lead event meetings and other staff meetings, and works as a team member with the sales, events, and operations staffs.

Qualifications:
* A sincere desire to satisfy the needs of others in a demanding environment * Refined verbal and written communication skills * Must be highly proficient in various technology applications * Strong financial acumen* Candidates should be extremely meticulous and organized * Minimum of three years of hotel event/catering sales experience required in a brand name.
