Position Summary:

Event Security Representative : will greet, guide patrons, provide point of entrysupportProvide service and safety to our guests in non-gaming locations (Arena,Expo and Convention CenterUsher :Scans guest tickets upon entry to an event and guides guests to their seatsCollects and validates patron tickets to eventsProvides information to patrons about the venue

 

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

Addresses patron complaints and issues or refers them to a Shift Manager, as neededAssists in maintaining a safe and secure patron experience according to department policies and procedures

 

 

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferredMust be able to communicate effectively in English

 

Competencies:  Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

Good verbal communication skillsKnowledge of the Arena and the property layoutAbility to work as part of the event staff team

 

Training Requirements:

Knowledge of the Casino property and it’s offeringsKnowledge of the Arena’s emergency evacuation plan

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Must be able to stand, walk and climb stairs for extended periods of timeMust be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptionsMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
