Location: Pala, CA

To assist in event preparation and provide outstanding service to guests attending concerts and other special events at Pala Casino.

Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Excellent guest service skills. Ability to accurately read training materials, event tickets, etc. Knowledge of venue seating charts. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. Ability to work in variable temperatures, indoors or outside. Must read, write, and speak English. High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

Know assigned station(s) for event and how to handle and who to contact for guest issues and emergency situations. Prepare and provide for distribution of event programs/handouts to guests. Accurately read tickets to identify time of performance, seat location and assist guests to the correct seat. Resolve seating and ticketing problems or contact Supervisor for assistance. Provide information to guests regarding location of ticket office, restrooms, telephones, concessions, etc. Follow established guest service policies and procedures regarding late seating, standing room only, etc. Understand ADA and follow proper methods of assisting special needs guests. Understand and follow established procedures to handle emergency evacuations, injuries, medical issues, etc. Perform other duties as assigned.
