The Events Administrative Assistantis responsible foradministrative duties. This position works closely with Event Managers. Primary service efforts are in developing andassistingproper meeting room sets and confirmingaccurateandtimelydetails within the planning phase.Duties also include but are not limited to hospitality amenities, special VIP requests and facilitating communication before, during and post event with pertinent hotel staff to ensure a high level of service. Also,assistin hosting site inspections as needed,participateand/or lead event meetings and other staff meetings.
**Qualifications:**
+ A true desireto satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
+ Refined verbal and written communication skills.
+ Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.
+ Prefer a four-year hospitality degree or equivalent experience.
+ Prefer18 monthshotel experience.
+ Geographically mobile
