· To assist the Director of Events in the management of the Events revenueeffectively.
· To maintain complete and supported records of all event orders, memos, revenue reports, FB outlet banquet reservations as per Hyatt International Policies Procedures.
· To assist the Director of Events to coordinate all house-use Events activities requested by internal departments. Events include early bird breakfast and annual general associate meeting, departmental meeting in events venue as appropriate.
· Prepares, compiles and distributes the daily/weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner.
· Ensures that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manuals as well as electronically is maintained at all times.
· Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

· Excellent command of English proficiency and well versed with Microsoft Office applications.
