The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in tasks and coordinating details for convention groups, corporate and social events, as well as selling, organizing and overseeing local functions, whilst ensuring and exceeding customer satisfaction. The person holding this position will support the department in running in the most efficient and effective manner, and achieving budgeted targets for the year. This role calls for an organized and mature person, who will also need to be a great team player. The applicant will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, a number of administrative tasks and supporting peers as required in day-to-day tasks. Other tasks will involve participating in training, calls as well as events and sales meetings.
