This opportunity requires 90%-100% travel across the United States for at least 8 months of the year. Preference for individual to live within an hour commute of a major airport.

The individual in this position provides excellent customer service to assist customers in purchasing the right product at the right price. The position also ensures that events and expositions have a seamless execution.
Essential Responsibilities
Direct Sales experience required
Experience working in a Home Show/Fair/Event Space environment
Adheres to conference planning schedule, policies, and guidelines.
Acts as the point person for incoming packages, event materials and information.
Coordinates and manages the event set-up and tear down.
Contacts local management to solicit partners to assist at the event.
Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all
Communicate professionally with all internal and remote external contacts
Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation
Communicates any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations
Demonstrates individual sales excellence on all product categories.
Represents at least thirty (30) percent of total volume of event sales.
Meets minimal margin and ticket goal established by management.
Incorporates corporate directed selling strategy for designated products/services into selling behavior.
Maximizes sales opportunities based on key performance indicators.
Non-Essential Responsibilities
Conducts weekly pre-event conference calls with District Mangers and Area Managers.
Schedules partners to work the event.
Conducts product-focused sales and expo sales strategy meetings on the mornings of the event.
Minimizes shrink through inventory management practices.
Embraces and encourages turnovers to and from other partners working the event.
Provides training based coaching and feedback with partners working the event.
Offers motivational support to other partners attending the sales event.
Participates in training classes to say abreast on product and company programs.
Maintains confidentiality of information.
Represents the company in a professional manner.
Completes other projects and special assignments as requested by supervisor and/or Senior Management.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor
Contributes ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company

Education
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Professional Experience
1+ Years Retail Experience required
3+ Years Direct Sales Experience required
