As an Events Runner, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring successful banquet events by providing equipment support and maintaining the service aisles. Working closely with Banquet associates, you’ll set up and transport necessary items, organize equipment per event orders, and assist with clearing dishes to keep operations smooth and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Preparation: Coordinate with the Banquet and Stewarding Managers to identify any special equipment needs, ensuring items are ready for each event. Organize & Transport: Arrange equipment according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and directives from the Banquet Captain, safely transporting food and supplies as needed. Service Area Maintenance: Keep service aisles and equipment clean and organized, ensuring smooth operations during events. Support Banquet Service: Assist Banquet staff by replenishing supplies, clearing dishes, and facilitating prompt delivery of food and beverages. Event Breakdown: Aid in clearing and breaking down events, ensuring all trash is disposed of and areas are thoroughly cleaned post-event.Perks & Benefits
