This role will report to the Events Director and will play a critical role in expanding Eurasia Group’s attendee network, with a particular focus on engaging the public sector, multilateral audience sets, and senior business leaders (C-suite). The ideal candidate will have over at least five years of experience in event management, with a proven track record in outreach and engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: + Attendee Development: Work with the Events Director and cross-functional teams to expand the attendee network, focusing on the public sector, multilateral audience sets, and senior business leaders. Develop and implement marketing partnerships strategies to enhance audience reach. + Communications: Launch and manage event websites using Eurasia Group’s event marketing platform (CVent), regularly updating content. Write and distribute event-related communications, including email campaigns and registration management in collaboration with the events associate. + Branding & Design: Collaborate with the design team and events associate to manage event branding, both onsite and digital. Organize sponsor and partner branding materials and create promotional marketing materials with the director of events. + Press & Media: Collaborate with the Communications team to establish media partnerships and develop press strategies for events. Coordinate with event partners to enhance media outreach for Eurasia Group Summits. Qualifications and Skills: + A minimum of 5 years of experience in event management with audience engagement responsibilities. + Proficiency in event management platforms, specifically CVent, and design tools, along with the Microsoft Office suite. + Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and deadlines. + Demonstrable success in engaging diverse audience sectors, including public and multilateral areas. + Experience in creating strategic partnerships and media engagement. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment covering multiple sectors. + Willingness to travel 2-3 times per year as required. + Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil or Mexico City, Mexico Candidates must be eligible to work in Brazil or Mexico.
