The opportunity:

Work with the team to plan, execute and deliver a wide range of internal and external events that align with our brand and purpose.

This is an 11-month fixed-term role, covering a period of parental leave.

Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with the Head of Communications & Corporate Affairs to design innovative events that drive engagement and business growth

Planning, managing, organising, and delivering diverse events, from product roadshows to gala dinners and wellness activations

Creating detailed event plans, templates, run sheets and communication strategies

Ensuring health and safety standards are met for all events

Managing logistics with the Events team and external suppliers

Building strong relationships with executives and other stakeholders

Preparing presentations and related materials for event stakeholders

Fostering a cooperative team environment and mentoring to the Events Specialist.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

Strong experience (5+ years) in events or a closely related field

Exceptional organisational, project management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively

Superior relationship management experience, capable of developing deep relationships at all levels

Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a collaborative approach to finding solutions that meet business needs

High levels of professionalism, discretion, and reliability

Strong commitment to attention to detail and accuracy, with effective problem-solving abilities

Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
