The role purpose:
Chubb is seeking a proactive and organised Event and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in the EMEA region. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting marketing initiatives and event management that drive our business objectives.
This position reports to the Head of Marketing Communications & Brand EMEA and will work closely with the EMEA Events and Marketing Manager, as well as leaders in the EMEA countries. You will be an integral member of a collaborative marketing and communications team, consisting of around 35 talented professionals dedicated to delivering impactful marketing that drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning and Coordination: Assist countries across EMEA in the planning and execution of a variety of events , managing details such as venue selection, vendor relationships, and logistical arrangements to ensure successful outcomes. Collaborative Concept Development: Work alongside the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative event concepts and promotional strategies that align with Chubb’s branding and business goals Budget Management: Management of event budgets, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and align with allocated financial resources. Marketing Material Creation: Contribute to the development of various marketing materials, including invitations and social media content, to effectively promote upcoming events Attendee Registration and Communication: Handle event registrations and maintain communication with attendees, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from start to finish On-Site Support: Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown, providing hands-on support to guarantee that all aspects of the events run smoothly. This will require travel activity Event Technology Specialist: Be an EMEA specialist on our Event Marketing Platform Swoogo. Post-Event Analysis: Conduct evaluations of events, gathering and analysing feedback to identify areas for improvement and to enhance future event and marketing strategies.

The role will require that you
Proven experience in event marketing, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to work.Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, as well as standard office software.Have the ability to manage projects and deliver in a timely manner to budgetWilling to travelAre eager to learnAre fluent in English and proficient in other european languages (Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, German)
